The photo you see above was sent to us by Open Arms Infant Home in Limbe, Malawi. They take in infants having no one to care for them. We help with financial support. I believe this image is the best single representation of the HIV challenge in Malawi. Grandparents lose one or more of their children. Sometimes they lose grandchildren.
