AEGIS
One of the largest sites devoted to HIV/AIDS AEGIS provides information on a broad range of issues, includes current news and an online bulletin board.  

AIDS Coordination Bureau
This Dutch site of the Royal Tropical Institute maintains a Resource Centre with a collection of materials regarding the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. The collected documents include: policy papers and directives from international and national organizations, articles, project descriptions, newsletters, manuals and guidelines for setting up educational, counseling and community-based programs.

HIV InSite
Provides comprehensive, up-to-date information on HIV/AIDS treatment, prevention, and policy from the University of California, San Francisco. 

The International AIDS Vaccine Initiative
This is a global organization working to speed the development and distribution of preventive AIDS vaccines.

The Kaiser Daily HIV/AIDS Report
Provides summaries of news stories with links to the original articles and a fully searchable archive.

UNAIDS
Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS.  Their updates provides current information on the the state of the epidemic.

International AIDS Economics Network (IAEN) focuses on the economics of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, providing data, tools, and analysis for researchers and policymakers working to define and implement compassionate, effective AIDS policy.

National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases
(NIAID) is a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). NIAID supports basic and applied research to prevent, diagnose and treat infectious and immune-mediated illnesses, including HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis, malaria, autoimmune disorders, asthma and allergies.
